In 2005, TÜV NORD CERT GmbH issued our company a certificate demonstrating we meet the strict requirements of EN ISO 9001: 2015.

We guarantee quality with our standards:

  • samples according to VDA2 or PPAP, or FMEA analysis
  • two-step control: production / continuous + final
  • monitoring of process and machine stability
  • visual inspection of 100% manufactured parts

Our equipment

Typical workshop measuring equipment:

  • callipers, micrometres, microscopes, everything from the top brand producer MITUTOYO
  • Gauges and dial indicators

Special equipment for technical inspection:

  • MITUTOYO surface testers and contour measuring systems
  • KEYENCE profile projector for highly efficient and accurate measurements with automatic archiving of all measured values for the given part

In cooperation we offer:

  • 3D measurements
  • measurements of hardness and thickness of the surface layer

All our measuring systems are properly calibrated. Constant temperature and clean working environment are maintained in the production area.
